The new-year has brought some great news for Henry Boot Developments’ 200 acre Markham Vale Business Park in Chesterfield, Derbyshire. National car parts distributor Andrew Page Limited has agreed a 15 year leasehold deal to locate its brand new 100,000 sq ft national distribution centre at Markham Vale.

Leeds based Andrew Page Ltd has 62 branches, employing over 1,600 people, and is one of the UK’s largest distributors of car components, workshop equipment and tools.

Construction of the new distribution facility is expected to start on site early February with completion expected in July. It will include 3,500sq ft of office accommodation and bring over 120 new jobs to the area.
