Meter Provida – The UK’s leading multi utility metering specialist, has secured a new 40,000 sq ft unit over a 2.2 acre plot at Markham Vale West.
Since 2000, Meter Provida has partnered with the UK’s leading Meter Asset Managers, Utilities, Connection Companies, Installers, Networks and Infrastructure Companies to manage and deliver metering solutions on a large scale. It has acquired the site at Markham Vale to maintain the Company’s business expansion.
This significant new deal at Markham Vale, with Henry Boot Developments and Derbyshire County Council, sees Meter Provida agreeing a 15 year lease and securing the first industrial unit at Markham Vale West.
Work started on the 11th May 2015. The build programme will extend to 26 weeks, with completion forecast for early November 2015.

It is close to major transport routes and minimised the disruption to existing staff whilst enabling recruitment of new staff to help drive business growth.”

We’re also underway with a new building for Inspirepac, which will be ready for occupation this summer and the completion of fit out at Gould Alloys is imminent. This will deliver a further 70 acres in addition to the western plots.”
